Two-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

A simple yet fun twist on pancakes!

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Eggs


  • Mash up the banana in a bowl using a fork.
  • Mix in 2 eggs to the mashed banana and whisk (using the same fork can work just as well) to make a smooth mixture.
  • Heat up a frying pan on medium heat.
  • Add Banana, Egg mixture to the pan and cook through as you would a pancake/omelette.
