Hotter Rapid Shoes: Review
If your a regular reader to my blog you will know just how much I love Hotter Shoes. Not only do I enjoy reviewing for Hotter but I’m even a regular customer. I’m frequently seen wearing a pair of wonderful shoes, and it’s mainly for good reason.
I have a weak ankle, wearing unsupportive shoes causes fractures in my ankle and since being introduced to Hotter Shoes back in 2013 I’ve always ensured I own a pair. 6 years later I own many pairs, each as comfortable as the next and they help me through every season!
I’m always on the lookout when Hotter announce their new season collections, intrigued as to what designs are being introduced or perhaps some old favourites coming back. So when I spotted these Rapid Shoes a couple of weeks ago I just knew I had to try some out and thankfully I was offered some to review.
What I Thought Of The Hotter Rapid Shoes
My initial thoughts when I saw these Rapid shoes were “they’d look great with both my jeggings or jeans over the winter” and I know if I think that we’re off to a good start. I’m very much a denim girl, so being able to keep up with my denim jeans and knit jumpers over winter whilst being able to wear these shoes and have them compliment my outfit is great.
Even my initial impressions when I removed them from the box was that of excitement, I just couldn’t wait to test them out.
This Rapid boot style shoe is a fantastic addition to anyone’s autumn/winter wardrobe, they feature an adjustable side zip and a lace closure which not only look great but they both work allowing for ease of use.
The other layer of the shoe consists of a suede leather panelling with faux snake-effect patches making them very attractive shoes.
With the high ankle on these shoes, they offer soft padding and feel very supportive. Inside the shoe features an all-leather interior with a standard polyurethane sole.
These Rapid shoes are available in 3 different colours, black, plum and urban grey. For my review, I have been sent the black as these are the only style where a wide fit is available which is what I require. The plum and urban grey are only available in a standard fit, whereas the black is available in both standard and extra wide.
Out and About
I’ve been wearing these shoes most days for the past week, they are so comfortable and practical. I’m not a low walker, I walk many miles per week, not to mention I also do a practical job when I can spend the day on my feet running around a hectic business place. These Rapid shoes haven’t let me down at all, my feet feel supported, comfortable and energised at all times. Easily my new favourite shoe.
