Weekend Tot Style #24

Hellooooooo and welcome back to another week of Weekend Tot Style! For those who don’t know much about Weekend Tot Style, let me fill you in a bit…

Weekend Tot Style is a weekly linky brought to you by myself and Sarah over at This Mama Life.

We would like to invite you all to join in and share your child’s/children’s favourite outfit(s) of the week or review, there are no restrictions to the outfits (nor age of child!), so long as you like it and want to share it, we want to see it!

Going to start this week by showing you my favourite outfit(s) for last week, and it just has to be from The Trials and Tribulations of a Brummie Mummy. I just adore Lexie’s new skirt and dress, 2 pieces of clothing which Leah would no doubt love to have in her wardrobe! Thank you to all who linked up last week, a bit of a quiet affair, I blame the rubbish weather.

Brummie Mummy

With the weather being a bit rubbish at the moment I am starting to realise just how much Leah’s legs have grown, until recently she’d been wearing skirts, dresses or shorts but last week I tried her old leggings on her which were massively too short now. Cue a shopping trip! YEY!

WTS Week 24 (1)

Jacket George at ASDA; T-shirt Next; Leggings Primark

WTS Week 24 (2)

Even though I got the jacket out for Leah to wear she refused to put it on for her outfit shot. The t-shirt I picked up in the Next sale a couple of years ago, I really like this top but it hasn’t gone down too well with Leah as she’s adamant its a boys t-shirt. Its made of a really thin cotton and seems perfect for keeping cool on the warmest of days. As for the leggings I just love them, the design and the stretchy jeggings fabric. Leah now needs a age 5-6 years, which causes a bit of an issue with clothing as she is incredibly tall but skinny. All her trousers and skirts need to have adjustable waists of which are tightened up to usually the last fastening, sadly it seems that cotton leggings are now a thing of the past. Sad times.

So now its your turn;

All we ask for is for you to spare 5 minutes to share your outfit of the week, grab a badge (below) and pop it on your blog post. Once you have linked up simply share the love for #WeekendTotStyle and comment on other blog’s which have linked up.

    How cute are those jeans?! I love the print. How funny that she thinks the t-shirt is boys’ though.
    We have the same problem with needing long trousers too. Our little one can fit into 18-24 month shorts comfortably but needs age 2-3 trousers for the length, then they’re falling down!
    Thanks for hosting,
    Alana x

    She looks so tall! I love those leggings from Primark, I saw them the other day in our local one. They look good with the t-shirt. Thanks for hosting.x

      Leah is ridiculously tall for her age, I do like her in skinny jeans. Emphasises her skinny pins haha.
