Superheroes To The Rescue With Ella’s Kitchen Snacks

As a baby Lewis was a pure Ella’s Kitchen baby absolutely loving the range of baby foods, meals, snacks and fruit pouches. I loved feeding him the range knowing that all the ingredients were organic and contained nothing but 100% of fruit and veg. Lewis would just know when he wasn’t eating one of his favourite meals and would out-rightly reject his food, even my loving homemade meals. Sadly Leah never followed in his footsteps but she was a terrible baby to feed, and still just as bad a child.

Recently Ella’s Kitchen contacted us to review some of their new fruity bars and smooshy snacks. Knowing my children are now considerably older I still accepted as this is a brand I am just passionate about and with their help Lewis is the boy he is today! Also the new range can be enjoyed by children of any age!

Along side our review of the new snacks we have also been provided with a superheroes kit where the kids have been challenged to make their own superhero scene and design their own cape & mask.

Last weekend, it was a bit wet and miserable so this sadly blew our plans to make our scene outdoors in the garden and we had to resort to the living-room – boo! Nevertheless Lewis was absolutely up for the challenge and got completely stuck in. Using the blue bed-sheet as our backdrop Lewis then got to work designing the houses and sky, complete with a sun and clouds.

Then he got to work creating his cape whilst Leah got to work running around the house in her blue cape. Lewis loved working on his cape and designing it with stars, other various shapes and glitter glue.

The glasses were to hold glued down shapes in place – Lewis’s idea!
