Thomas & Friends Sodors Legend Of The Lost Treasure : DVD

Rating: [rating]

As you all know by now I quite possibly have 2 of the biggest Thomas & Friends fans on the planet, Lewis growing up eat, slept and breathed Thomas The Tank Engine and now that love has been shared with his younger sister. They love watching the adventures of Thomas and his Friends, from the earliest of episodes (which I watched as a child) to this new DVD released only last month.

Thomas and Friends DVDThomas & Friends Sodors Legend Of The Lost Treasure was released at the cinemas at the beginning of summer holidays, so with friends who’s kids also love Thomas we took a trip to the flicks to watch the new film.

This new film brought new engines to the island and as always a new adventure. The story includes a new rail line being added to the island of Sodor and during construction a cave opens up, uncovering a hidden pirate ship and treasure. Watch the story unfold as Thomas as always saves the day as a new character Sailor John tries to steal the treasure for himself.

New Characters for this new film include Sailor John who wants to claim the hidden treasure on Sodor whilst Skiff is a cheeky little boat who has been converted to a little boat on wheels who sails the rails in the dark of night with Sailor John.

Thomas and Friends DVD 1

As always my kids have loved watching the new adventures of Thomas & Friends, there are no scary parts to the film but there is the occasional dark/night scene but my kids weren’t phased by this at all. Added to this film is another range of catchy songs, Never Over Look A Little Engine and We Make A Team, easy for kids to pick up the words to enjoy and I can guarantee you parents will also have a sing along too – I have!

The New Thomas & Friends Sodor’s Legend of the Lost Treasure DVD is now available to buy online or on your local high street with an RRP of £9.99 and is a great DVD your children will enjoy over and over again.
