My Sunday Photo – 27/9/15

I am linking up this week to My Sunday Photo with OneDad3Girls with this photo;

ISO100, aperture f.9, shutter speed 1/100, exposure of 0.3+

This time last week I was visiting my family up north, we spent the day celebrating my Mum’s birthday with a pub lunch and an afternoon wandering around Astley Park in Chorley, Lancashire. Now that I am also shooting in manual settings in my camera I am enjoying the flexibility I can get with my camera and its shutter speed.

I enjoy capturing photos using a slower shutter speed to capture motion blur and a simply way to do that is to play with flowing water or moving people. Having have a fast flowing water feature in front of me I just had to play with it.

    You’ve captured the waterfall really well. I really need to try and hone some techniques like this

    Great photos, water is a brilliant subject to show off different shutter speeds

    Thank you for linking up
