Blog On MOSI 2015

Last Saturday I woke up ridiculously early for a weekend, slapped some make up on my face, jumped in the car and eagerly drove over to Manchester for 9am for the start of this years Blog On MOSI Conference. This was the third year I have attended Blog On and I was really looking forward to seeing my fellow northern bloggers who I haven’t seen since last year.

It was lovely to arrive with plenty of time and meet up with some fellow bloggers before the start of the event, we even had time for a little selfie moment.

All squeeze in! Ready for #blogonmosi

Soon it was time to make our way to the conference hall to sign in. Here we got to have breakfast (after a 6am start I was just about ready for some grub) thank you to Brioche Pasquier, have a wonder around some of the brands who were here to talk to us and chat to fellow bloggers and meet up with Wendy a fellow Midlands Blogger who is lovely and really supported me.  There were plenty of brands around to chat to this year, some brands which I regularly speak to and some new ones to introduce myself to, this year included Swizzels, Hotter, Brainstorm, QVS, James Villas Holidays and many more.

Blog On 2015This years Blog On Conference consisted of 4 sessions again, of which both 1st and 2nd sessions included talks about photography and YouTube which were very informative lessons. Whilst sessions 3 and 4 were about Advanced Blogging and Niche Session (Lifestyle, fashion, beauty or travel), I opted for Lifestyle. All sessions were very informative, I learnt lots of hints and tips for progressing my blog over the coming year.

Towards the end of the day we were greeted by this amazing cake from HungryHouse and glasses of prosecco from Cooperative. Both were lovely and a great way to finish off the day.

Lovely round up of a great day – it’s fab when you can use events like this to catch up with old friends too!
