TOAD Diaries : Review
I wanted to share some personal information with you… you may not already know this but I really cannot get enough of stationary, I’m addicted. I love all forms of stationary to pens, cases, notebooks and diaries. Recently I’ve been getting another fill of stationary in the form of TOAD Diaries who contacted me offering for me to review a create your own diary and notebook.
The ordering process is really straight forward, by choosing your size, colours, formats whilst adding personalised messages to the covers to suit your requirements. If you need some extra help TOAD have even put together a short video to help you on your way. On the side of the screen you will see an example of the item you are ordering, very simple and helps get your pre stationary buzz.
From ordering to delivery took about 4 days which was very quick and my items arrived very well wrapped in bubble wrap and perfectly presented. I decided to have my diary ordered in a gift box whilst the notebook was without, as you can see from the photo’s below there is no difference with how well your products are looked after.
A5 Slim Diary, in Fuchsia. The pages are a 1 week to 2 page view starting from January 2015 to run for 13 months.
- Personal Details – Ideal for keeping in one place.
- Public Holidays and other important dates.
- A year to page calendar 2014/2015
- Quick 3 page year planner.
- Conversion tables and other useful data
- Pages to jot down birthdays and anniversaries, perfect for at a glance – These are in alphabetical order rather than date.
- Expenditure and finance pages
- Travelling and getting around
- Address book section
This really is a great little diary, available in a range of sizes and prices starting from about £12.00 to £26.00 approximately.
The second item I ordered was an A4 UK Journal, in Pink, 160 pages with broad wide lines.
I was really pleasantly surprised with this journal/notebook, I simply expected a book with a pink cover and lined pages inside but it has a contents page which you can number and provide the titles for each page. Then each lined page is also numbered at the bottom corner. This book will really make my life so much easier for finding my notes compared to my current notebook which I spend ages sifting through.
These notebooks start from about £11 ranging up to £15.50 depending on your requirements.
I think both these products are really good, affordable, well made and presentable. I have now being using both products for a couple of days and the pages are smooth to write on and the plastic covers to the books will provide adequate protection during their lifespan. Each product ordered from TOAD has their logo printed on the covers and all the pages inside and also their web-page details on the back-covers.
I’d like to suggest two things which I personally think would make using my TOAD Diary easier which my previous diary offered that is an elastic closure to help keep my diary closed when in my handbag to prevent damage. Also a page ruler/bookmark which can be moved week by week to assist with a swift opening of my diary onto my current week.
**This is not a sponsored post, I was provided with a Diary and a Journal from TOAD to test and review. All words and opinions are my own.
