Trendy Tot Thursday – Week 5

Hi and welcome back to after fun week over at Trendy Tot Thursday (#TT_Thursday).

For all the newbies who are unaware what Trendy Tot Thursday is about, its a weekly linky hosted by myself and Tina from MotherGeek where you can share your child’s/children’s favourite outfit of the week. There are no restrictions to the outfit (i.e. new, old, borrowed) or age of the children, so long as you are happy we are happy. For further information please feel free to read the intro post.

Last week I had a great time reading everyone’s lovely posts from the week, some great bargains bought and some lovely events attended. We had two new blogs link up last week, from Zoe at Mama Geek where Georgie & Lydia were happily dressed in purple enjoying a trip the the park and from Twinderelmo where her girls were dressed in some gorgeous outfits whilst playing at home!

This week has been an awkward week for sorting out Leah’s outfit of the week, this is for 2 reasons the first being we are working on potty training so most of the week has been spent semi naked, sat on a potty. Second reason being every outfit I put on Leah its been filthy 45 minutes later, she’s really turning into a muck magnet! Yesterday saw Leah actually wearing a full outfit for a few hours as we needed to go out and run some errands but before we left the house I quickly snapped these photo’s before she got filthy.

TT_Thursday 5Leah’s outfit for yesterday was a lovely jeans and braces combo, from Next, the material is soft, embellished with a mouse right knee and also another mouse around the left pocket. The braces are adjustable and removable. I bought these a couple of months ago but it appears times have changed and they are discontinued already, I think they were £16. The t-shirt is from Mothercare bought in the sales earlier this year, I love this top so much that not only did I buy it in age 2-3, I bought 3-4 & 4-5 aswell. They were a bargain at £2 each at the end of season sale and absolutely gorgeous. Once again Leah is wearing her Clarks Doodles pumps which we love, so practical and go well with any outfit.

Now its your turn;

All we ask for in return is for you to spare 5 minutes to share your outfit of the week, grab a badge (below) and pop it on your blog post. Once you have linked up simply share the love for #TT_Thursday and comment on other blog’s which have linked up.

    Not many people can get away with braces, but Leah definitely looks great in them. Love the upside down photo.

    I love the jeans and braces and the clarks doodles. This is actually making me miss Olivia being a baby and wearing stuff like this, Leah looks so cute in this outfit. Loving that you got the top in different sizes too I still do that now and buy in the end of season sale in bigger sizes ‘for next year!’
