Leapfrog Sing & Play Farm : Review
Its been a short while since I last reviewed for Leapfrog but now we are back in action and now have a fab new product which have been putting through it’s paces. The LeapFrog Sing & Play Farm, released earlier this year which has an age recommendation of 6-36months.
Designed to be a great introduction to farm animals and their sounds, this great little toy really is a must have.
This great new toy really does help build a young child’s fine motor skills, boosts vocabulary and really does help your child become familiar with farmyard animals and their sounds.
There are 4 fab interactive sides to this toy ready to be explored;
Front There is peepo hatch activated by the blue switch on the top, a barn door which up on open and close plays 2 different tunes with a “slam” noise when the door closes and a light switch.
Right Side There is a tractor, turn the engine key to bring the engine to life and also the tractor lights work too.
Left Side There is a horse, cat and duck button which sings a couple of catchy songs about the individual animals. The sliding spider plays a musical version of itsy bitsy spider.
Rear There is a sliding rabbit, help him move from one side of the vegetable patch to the other.
With over 50 phrases, featuring 13 animals this toy has been very popular with Leah and also a friends daughter (aged 8 months) who visited recently.
The LeapFrog Sing & Play Farm can be purchased from most high street stores or easily on-line, direct from Leapfrog, with an RRP of £29.99 this is a great price for a toy which is educational, fun and can easily carried around by your little one using the carry handle provided! This really has been a hit with Leah and even Lewis (aged 5) has enjoyed a good play with it.
I’d like to also show you this short video review I have put together, showing you basically how this toy works;
Please excuse the lack of focus on this video – its a new toy and setting had been fiddled with. #fail
**This is not a sponsored post, I was sent a LeapFrog Sing & Play farm to test and review. All words and opinions are my own.
