The Canvas Prints : Review
At the beginning of last month I was given a new toy to play with, ClearlyDaddy had bought me a new camera, a gorgeous Nikon SLR camera… an invitation to take millions of photo’s of which I have obligingly achieved.
So when I was contacted by The Canvas Prints and offered to review a canvas for them I was more than willing and I had the perfect photo for our new print.
Recently I took the family to a local pick your own fruit farm, where we had a great time picking strawberries. Before our fruit picking adventure ClearlyDaddy took a gorgeous photo of myself and Lewis and I instantly knew this had to be our chosen print. Its not very often I have my photo taken with either of my kids and there certainly isn’t many photos of me hanging around the house.
Ordering a canvas print is a complete doddle, and I must say that the workings of The Canvas Print’s web page is so smooth and sleek. You can easily upload your own photo or if you looking for something unique there are over 20 million (yes!) high quality unique images to have a gander through, you are sure to find that perfect print there. The customisation page allows you to play with different size of canvas frame and colour effects whilst also keeping a eye on the price you will be paying for your print. For this review I ordered a 12×8″ print currently priced at £18.18 (with a 50% discount automatically applied) and free delivery.
Delivery of my new canvas was really quick and it arrived well wrapped and safe from damage during transit.
I must say upon first inspection I was (and still am) in love with this photo, the strength of the colours are fantastic but I will show you that soon. The frame is also super thick and the corner supports are made from plastic which I’ve never come across before, giving your print a strong feel which will last for many years.
Now for the photo. The colours are perfectly bright, the detail is just perfect and the wrap around feature to avoid the white edges is great. The canvas comes supplied with a hook on the frame to hook it to a wall of your choice which is great as it avoids damage caused by me so all I needed was a hook on the wall and it was set.
Now with the image in place I can admire it daily and its a great reminder of the fun we had that day and our love.
**This is not a sponsored post, I was provided with a canvas print to test and review. All words and opinions are my own.
