The Gro Company Gro to Bed : Review

For some of you who regularly follow my blog, you may recall recently that Leah made the transition from cot to bed. Ever since then we haven’t looked back, but we have had a few issues with Leah losing her covers and becoming cold in the middle of the night.

That was until I came across this!

The marvellous people at the Gro Company have invented the Gro to Bed, aimed at young children who have made the transition from cot to bed but loose their covers during the night. We have been sent a Hetty Pop Gro to Bed to review for Leah’s cot bed.

The Gro to Bed is a fully secure bedding set for young children, also available for single beds. Firstly, everything (pillowcase and duvet case) are secured to the fitted sheet. The pillowcase is secured to ensure that the pillow does not move during your child’s sleep and the duvet is secured with zips on either side which can be easily done up or undone when your child is in bed.

When I fitted the fitted sheet to your Leah’s mattress I came across this fab elastic strap, this ensures that if your child does have a tendency to roll out of bed they wont come to any harm as the strap ensures that the bedding will not come off the mattress!

Once I had all the bedding fitted in place on Leah’s bed she couldn’t wait to climb in and give it a whirl.

This fab set really has been amazing, its helped Leah complete her transition from cot to bed, helped keep her duvet secured during the night and most importantly she sleeps soundly!

Priced at £49.99 (not including the duvet and pillow filling) I feel the price is rather steep but now knowing just how well Leah is sleeping with this product I can’t recommend this highly enough.

Also Gro also have spare fitted bottom sheets available perfect for them little accidents in the night, with this set the pillow case is just plain white. Certainly an investment I shall be making soon.

All items of the Gro to Bed are both machine washable and tumble dry safe.
