Leah’s 15 Months Old
As I write my first ever blog about you, you are currently sat on the living-room floor with a chocolate biscuit face emptying a packet of baby wipes! You LOVE emptying baby wipes and pretending the wear them by putting them around your head.
Since entering our lives 15 months ago, we haven’t had a moments peace, you are a very needy child and always want attention.
6 Weeks ago you learnt to walk, and you haven’t really sat still since. As much as i think it’s cute you now walk I know deep down I’ve lost my “baby” and you are now a toddler.
You also have a toddler attitude to boot, you communicate by screech and throw a tantrum at the littlest of thing. You are also communicating by blowing a lot of raspberry’s, sometimes you amaze me how on earth you are not dehydrated yet.
I think you are also perfecting your first word “ball”, I’m yet to work out if its by fluke or for real but time will tell.
You also enjoy nursery rhymes, at the moment your favourite is “Wheels on the bus” but you also enjoy Peter Rabbit and Wind The Bobbin Up.
You have always been a fussy but independent eater, always wanted finger foods but refuse to eat/touch anything that is messy. Except yoghurt, you would prefer to eat a yoghurt using your fingers than a spoon.
I love to watch you playing in the garden, either in your play house or in the cosy car, you love to climb in and out of it.
I am so proud of you little princess, growing up so fast and so independent already.
Love you Leah
