Zenbev Sleep Aid : Review

I was recently contacted by a company called Zenbev to review their sleep aid product. I regularly suffer with sleep interruption insomnia and anxiety so i agreed to give this a try to see if it helps.

What is Zenbev and Ingredients?

Zenbev is made from 100% Organic ingredients, made using Pumpkin Seed flour, Dextrose, Rice Starch and Guar Gum. Contains no artificial colors, additives or preservatives. All these items are blended together into a powder and when used promote a natural relaxing sleep.

Reading up on this product it can also be used during the day to help with hectic daily life, to relief stresses, anxiety, moods and regulate appetite. I opted to try this product at night due to my sleep issues.

Zenbev comes in 2 flavours, Chocolate and Lemon. For this review i am using the Chocolate flavour.

It is suitable for Vegetarian & Vegans. And is also Gluten, dairy and yeast free.

How To Use

Mix 2 level tea spoons in with warm milk, rice milk, soya milk or almond milk. Give it a good stir to ensure all of the powder has broken down and enjoy!

I found the taste really nice, i expected a really strong chocolate taste, like a normal mug of hot chocolate but this was really mild and rather “oaty” tasting. I really did like the taste! I’m not too sure if i’d have enjoyed the lemon, with the “oaty” taste to it though.

What I Thought

I used this product for 2 nights, I found it rather good. Certainly helped to feel relaxed whilst having a warm drink the evening and aided to drift of into a restful sleep resulting in a decent nights sleep. The only interruptions where from my children and waking up the next morning.
